Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless dbjil voids it automatically.

• Bets are refunded if a match is cancelled or abandoned.
• Odds changes during live betting are normal. The odds at the time a bet is accepted are final.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Amounts:

• Minimum bet: ৳10 (ten BDT)
• Maximum bet: Determined by market and event type. The applicable limit is displayed for each market.
• Maximum win per single bet: ৳50,00,000 (Fifty Lakh BDT)

Dbjil supports multiple payment methods. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT)
• Deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are instant.
• Bank transfer deposits are credited within a maximum of 1 hour.
• No processing fees on deposits.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Withdrawals to Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are completed within 5 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

General bonus terms:

• Bonus eligibility applies to users who comply with the designated bonus terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbjil and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Any form of collusion or group fraud.
• Registration using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Dbjil may temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms.
• If age or identity verification fails.
• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (12 months).

Users will be notified by email prior to account closure, unless the violation is severe enough to require immediate action. Users may also request account closure at any time.
